Books often contain vivid descriptions of everyday life that take us back in time. During Museum Night, we’ll help you discover connections between well-known literary classics and real-life settings at the Estonian Open Air Museum. You can also test your knowledge in a guessing game. Guess which text belongs to which farm!
In the yard of Kutsari farmhouse, the Youth Guild of the Estonian Folklore Council will perform their program every full and half hour. The first performance begins at 19:30 and the last at 22:00. Each performance lasts 15 minutes.
The Youth Guild consists of 15–26-year-olds who are passionate about Estonian heritage. They organize various engaging projects and public events to explore, preserve, and share Estonia’s rich traditions.
The spring evening atmosphere will be complemented by two cozy outdoor cafés. For a heartier meal, visit Kolu inn. The Lau village shop also offers a rich selection of items to suit every taste.
