COVID-19 safety measures

The safety and security of our staff and visitors is very important to us.

In order to make the museum visit as safe as possible for all of us, proof of vaccination or proof of recovery from COVID-19 must be submitted to the cashier.
A valid identity document must also be presented. The COVID certificate can be presented on a smart device or printed out.

The requirement concerns also children 12 years of age and older. Youngsters 12-17 years of age can also show negative PCR or antigen test results.

In line with government guidance, you must wear a face covering inside the Museum buildings for the protection of yourself and others.

Please be considerate of people and exercise social distancing where you can – especially in smaller spaces. We kindly ask you to enter smaller farmhouses one family at a time. The large outdoor area of the Open Air Museum has enough space to keep a distance from other visitors and enjoy a day with the family outdoors.

Hand sanitiser stations can be found throughout the Museum and we recommend washing or sanitising your hands regularly. Contactless payment is preferred in our shops and inn. Staff are available to advise if you have any questions. Please do not visit if you feel unwell or have Covid-19 symptoms.

With the COVID-19 safety label, trusted to us by Visit Tallinn we confirm that we follow the requirements and instructions of the Government and the Health Board of Estonia (kriis.ee/en) established for our industry or field, that we keep up to date with the information, and that we help visitors comply with the infection-prevention guidelines on site.
