Come to the open air museum where you will be able to learn to notice and care about nature, value old customs, do some simple types of farm work as well as share moments of leisure and enjoy life with your loved ones.
Michaelmas day marked the beginning of winter: the work in the fields was finished and the cattle were driven to the cattle shed. Men went to stock up on the firewood, women started with indoor handicrafts, and kids were brought back from the herd to the school bench.
Onion and fish day and Seto Michaelmas Day
When the autumn field work and grazing are over, it is time to celebrate properly. Onion and fish day will be part of the harvest day of the Setos and Old Believers.
