To celebrate the Restoration of Independence Day of the
Republic of Estonia, Kolu Inn's Head Chef Lauri Priimägi and Catering
Manager Žanna Tamberg have created a special menu showcasing authentic
Estonian flavours. Kolu Inn invites you to enjoy this festive menu in a warm
and historic atmosphere on 20 August.
- A three-course menu with a drink (€32) is available
as a set and can be purchased at the inn or reserved in advance. Advance
booking guarantees a table.
- Reservations: kolukorts@evm.ee or zanna.tamberg@evm.ee.
- Museum admission is not included and will be added to the menu price. Admission is free with the Estonian Open Air Museum Annual Pass, Museum Card and Tallinn Card.
- The main course (€18) and dessert (€6) are also available separately at the inn.
- Festive Menu will be served from 12:00 to 18:30.

Starter
Edgar's Potato Skins
Roasted potato skins with spring onion sour cream and spicy Baltic sprat
truffle.
Main Course
Honey and chilli-glazed chicken fillet with roasted cauliflower and white wine
sauce.
Dessert
Whipped curd dessert with fresh blackcurrant sauce and toasted rye bread.
Drink
A glass of Kolu Inn's cherry plum wine from Valgejõe Veinivilla, produced
exclusively for Kolu Inn.
The wine can be replaced with another beverage upon request.
